- September 2011
Everyone is thrilled with the look and
feel of the project! Phase 1 has completely sold out.
In Phase 2 there is only 1 Lakefront home available. In Phase
3, homes 4, 7
& 8 have sold, 2 and 3 are at lock up, 5 is move in
ready, and 6 is waiting for your finishing touches.
The Activity Centre with its 800
square foot studio and workshop and a beautiful games and
activity area are being utilized by the residents who love the
bright open space.
The gardens will explode this summer with
people from all over the Sunshine Coast commenting on how
beautiful the development looks and how all the owners
