Dave Milligan was a lifelong
resident of North Vancouver until he relocated to the Sunshine Coast in 2003
after accomplishing his goals as the Head Trader for a national securities firm.
Dave and his wife Kerry moved to the Coast after spending time here with their
family and deciding it was the ultimate place to bring up their two daughters.
As well as establishing himself as one of the most effective REALTORs on the
Sunshine Coast, Dave is an enthusiastic fisherman, loves to play golf, and is
very supportive of youth sports. You can quiz him about the latest NFL and NHL
stats or any 80's tune you can't put your finger on the name of! |

Since she’s spent her entire life
here, Susanne Jorgensen can proudly boast that she is a
true Sunshine Coaster.
She has raised 3 daughters
and 1 son, and has enjoyed the relationships and experiences
of parenting years in a small town. She believes the entire
community has a large part in formulating the youth of
tomorrow. Prior to Real Estate, Susanne managed a local
drugstore for 30 years. It was during this experience that
she realized how much she enjoys the everyday contact with the
people that are the fabric of the community. Susanne is
very knowledgeable regarding all areas of the Coast. Her
greatest joy is finding that perfect match between Buyer and
Property. Activities include Rotary and Dragon Boating. |

Client
Care Coordinator and Licensed REALTOR Dianne Knight was born
and raised in Southern Manitoba. Dianne moved to the Sunshine
Coast in 1988 where she and her husband Bob have raised their two
daughters. Does she miss the snow? Rarely. She thinks the
Sunshine Coast is a beautiful place to live, raise your family and
spend your life here. Dianne has a background as a legal
assistant in litigation, wills and estates, corporate law and
conveyancing. She has been licensed as a real estate agent since
2002 and has worked in real estate since 1995 as a client care
coordinator and office administrator. When not at work Dianne can
be found in her greenhouse and gardens. |

Paola plays an active role in
"the Team," by managing the book keeping, purchasing,
and providing relief coverage to the office staff when needed.
Paola is active in many
school and family based community organizations in the Pender
Harbour area and, like her husband Alan, loves life on the
coast.
