career as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Bigfoot
Adventure Tours. There hasn't been a day since that he has
regretted the move!

celebration. Alan is

Dave was a lifelong resident of North Vancouver until he
relocated to the Sunshine Coast in 2003 after accomplishing his goals as the
Head Trader for a national securities firm.
Dave and his wife Kerry moved to the Coast after spending time here with their
family and deciding it was the ultimate place to bring up their two daughters.
Dave is an enthusiastic fisherman, loves to play golf,
and is very supportive of youth sports. You can quiz him about the latest
NFL and NHL stats or any 80's tune you can't put you finger on the name of! |

Where
would we be without Connie? Born in Alberta, Connie
moved to Vancouver when she was 18 and she and her husband
Bill moved to the Pender Harbour area in 1984 where they
brought up their two children, Jessica and Andrew.
Connie is responsible for reception, maintaining our corporate
database, providing prompt client feedback on showing reports,
and assisting Alan & Dave with their daily responsibilities.

The
decision to become a Property Manager for the Pender Harbour
area was an easy one for Kerry. With a background in Real
Estate Conveyancing and Real Estate Appraising, she had
acquired the necessary skills to coordinate property owners
with tenants. Like any good manager, Kerry is highly organized
and possesses a natural talent for conflict resolution.
Not
only does Kerry offer long-term property management, but her
website,
www.sunshinecoastvacationrentals.com,
is specifically geared towards vacation rentals in the Pender
Harbour area. It’s just one of the ways Kerry meets people
who are interested visiting or living in the natural beauty
the area has to offer.
If you
don’t find Kerry in the garden, she might be out walking my
dogs, enjoying a round of golf with her husband, coaching
girl’s soccer or just reading with one of her girls by

Paola plays an active role in
"the Team," by managing the office, book keeping, purchasing,
and providing relief coverage to the office staff when needed.
Paola is active in many
school and family based community organizations in the Pender
Harbour area and, like her husband Alan, loves life on the
coast.
